Mount Agung trekking, mount agung sunrise trekking (Gunung Agung) is a volcano in Bali. Mount Agung volcano is the highest point on the island, Mount Agung Volcano is 3142 meters above sea level. From the peak of Mount Agung volcano you can see beautiful sunrise that you never seen before, the peak of Mount Rinjani on the island of Lombok, the place of trekking adventure the Batur Volcano, lake Batur, amazing place of Batur caldera trekking Amlapura town, Semarapura town even Gianyar and Denpasar city. This legend holds that mountain is fragment of Meru brought to Bali by the first Hindus. On the foot of mount Agung volcano stand the important one temple on Bali, it is Besakih temple. There are two common climbing routes up the Mount Agung volcano, all are challenging and you need to be physically fit hikers and have some serious trekking experience. Please choose two our regular package straight from your hotel to orientation. One trek via from Pasar Agung temple can be summated about 3 to 4 hours and via Besakih temple (the mother temple of Bali) can be summated about 5 to 7 hours.

The best way trek to Mount Agung volcano challenging trekking is starting from Besakih temple (the mother temple of bali) which is a screed most temples in Bali. After walking uphill in the dark for about four hours, you have to reach the top as the Sun begins to color the sky orange. Especially on a windy day, it can get very cold at the Summit, so be sure to bring extra warm clothing. When you start making your way to the bottom, the Sun will be more intense and you’ll welcome welcome the guy selling semi-cold refreshments at the temple where the trek end. The ascent will take approximately 5 to 7 hours. Mount Agung volcano trekking is ideally started at 11.00 pm, so that why you will arrived at the summit before sunrise.

After the trekking we will stop off at Bali Agro-tourism place or traditional Bali Coffee processing. In this place you can see several of tropical plantations such as Arabica coffee, Robusta coffee and etc. Moreover you can see how to make Balinese coffee with traditional process. Beside of that you can get sample of them as well as local herbal teas and coffee Luwak (Civet coffee). It’s the best one coffee in the world. In addition usually you can see the real Civet were ate fresh coffee beans.
